MSIG Insurance and DBS Bank have launched the lion city's first "instant" electronic payment service for travel insurance claims!
Instead of having to wait for days for a cheque to be cleared, the travel insurance poliyholders who successfully submit a claim will be able to get their
money straight away.

This real-time insurance claims payment service is available for DBS and POSB customers who purchase MSIG travel insurance products online through the DBS website and sign up for a member login account on MSIG's customer portal.
In 2016, General Insurer MSIG was named the Asia Pacific Insurer Claims Team of the Year by the Insurance Post Claims. This regional award recognises excellence in claims handling and other attributes.
