Yes, you can buy more than one insurance policy from the same or different insurance companies in Singapore. You may buy a combination of Term, Personal Accident or Whole-Life insurance plans depending on your needs or buying additional plans as your income and financial needs changes.
However, if you buy more insurance cover than your income or financial situation indicates you need, insurance companies may question or reject your application.
Do take note that for medical insurance plans, even though you may have more than one policy, you can only claim up to the medical expenses incurred in your treatment.

ReplyDeleteYou can build an individual health plan that covers a set quantity of doctor office visits with or without co-pays. Maybe you would like your insurance plan to achieve the option of a disability clause in case of an accident.
